Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mega IPTV website at mega-iptv.shop and the Mega IPTV subscription service (together, the “Service”), operated by Mega IPTV (“we”, “us”, “our”). By ordering a plan, starting a free trial or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mega IPTV provides access to live television channels, on-demand video and an electronic programme guide, streamed over the internet to compatible devices using third-party player applications. Channel and title availability may vary by region and may change over time without notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan.
  • You must give accurate contact details so we can deliver your login and support you.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Plans, trials and payment

  • Plans are sold for the period and number of devices shown on the pricing page, at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
  • Free trials last 24 hours, are intended to let you test the Service, and may be limited at our discretion.
  • Payment is taken in advance for the full plan period. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Your account is activated instantly after payment is confirmed.
  • Prices may change in future, but a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Connections and account sharing

Each plan allows the number of simultaneous connections stated at purchase (1, 2, 3 or 4 devices). Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use within your household. You may not resell, rebroadcast, publicly display or share your login outside your household. Exceeding your connection limit may cause streams to stop.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the laws that apply to you;
  • record, copy, redistribute or publicly perform content from the Service;
  • attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload our systems;
  • use automated tools to access the Service, other than ordinary player applications.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service is permitted where you live.

7. Third-party apps and devices

The Service is used through third-party player apps and devices that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, pricing or terms. Any purchase you make from an app developer is between you and that developer.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device and network. We may update, add or remove features, channels or titles from time to time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, including by sharing your account, exceeding your connection limit or misusing the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Content and intellectual property

All trademarks, logos and content shown in the Service belong to their respective owners. This website and its original text, design and graphics are owned by us. If you believe content infringes your rights, please follow our DMCA process.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
