Before your plan ends, choose a new plan on the pricing page and enter the same email address you used before. Your existing login is extended, so you do not need to set anything up again. To move to a longer plan or add screens, message support and we will apply it to your account.

Yes, on channels and titles that are broadcast or produced in 4K. You will need a 4K-capable TV or device and a fast, stable connection. Most other channels stream in HD or Full HD, and the picture adapts to your bandwidth.

Yes. The electronic programme guide shows what is on now and next for each channel and loads automatically in most player apps. If the guide appears empty, refresh the EPG in your app’s settings or follow the troubleshooting steps in your device’s setup guide.

On channels that support catch-up, you can go back and watch recent programmes from the TV guide. Look for a clock or rewind icon next to the channel in your player app. Catch-up availability varies by channel.

A VPN is not required to use the service. Some people use one for privacy, or because their internet provider slows down streaming traffic. If you use one, pick a fast server close to you, as a distant server can cause buffering.

Your subscription is for your own household. Sharing login details outside your home breaks our terms of service and can cause your streams to stop when too many screens connect at once. If you need more screens, choose a 2, 3 or 4-device plan instead.
